Hello fellow wine lovers
This Blog is simply about my love of wine. I am not a connoisseur but I appreciate the good from the not so good and wines that offer value for money compared to those wines that ask for value but have nothing to offer. I am building a cellar based on wine reviews as I can not afford to taste the wines I wish to cellar for my children or for my 15th or 30th wedding anniversary.
Having said that a good wine can be considered a piece of art or the work of a fine chef. I drink so much crap because of my under Yen1000 budget that drinking a fine wine is truly an experience to behold.
This blog will simply fellow my experiences with wine, offer some recommendations and hopefully encourage feedback.
In Japan I plan to open a member only online store. The focus is on sourcing fine wines from small producers and basically supporting them. Advice would be appreciated.
